Northwest Emergency at Tascosa, a Service of Northwest Texas Healthcare System, is currently under construction and is expected to open in January 2025. It will be located at 4207 W. Amarillo Blvd. in Amarillo.
When it opens, it will be a satellite emergency room open 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. It will be staffed with the same personnel and equipment available in Northwest Texas Healthcare's hospital-based emergency room.
Our facility
Northwest Emergency at Tascosa will feature:
- 14 private treatment rooms
- Diagnostic imaging services including computed tomography (CT) scans, digital X-ray and ultrasound
- 24-hour lab services
- Cardiopulmonary monitoring
- Respiratory treatments
- Intravenous medications and fluids
